Do not despair, just follow your instincts, as it looks like you are doing. I am in a quandary as well, watching US politics and wondering how we can reduce the power of the con to capture people's intelligence and plow it under. But I guess that was the purpose of home schooling too ...

And, in response to my latest post here, a Facebook friend today reminded me of this favourite quote by Howard Thurman: "Don't ask what the world needs, ask what makes you come alive and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive."
I've been in a similar wavelength. Thank you for making its meaning more clear to me.
